Our EcoSmart grass mats measure 1m by 1.5m and are 23mm thick. The majority of this thickness is in the honeycomb structure, with a smaller nipple underneath. Many rubber grass mat competitors bulk out the overall thickness of their mats by reducing the honeycomb and increasing the length of the nipple. This structure is weaker, creating a less durable mat.
