Are you enjoying your wet pour but feel like it needs a repair or refresh? PlaySmart is now offering Wet Pour Rubber Kits so your play surface feels brand new. Available in different colours, our Wet Pour Repair Kits are user-friendly and cost-effective, maintaining the longevity of your play space

What is Wet Pour?

Wet pour is a durable and often colourful surface seen in playgrounds, combining imaginative play with safety. While we take pride in our high-quality products, sometimes increased use from excitable children can wear our wet pour play surface faster than intended. Therefore, we offer the wet pour rubber DIY kit to maintain the deserved longevity of your space to play.

The PlaySmart Wet Pour Repair Kits:

Our Wet Pour Repair Kit allows you to choose from: Base Rubber, Black Wetpour and Coloured Wetpour packages. Each package contains the materials to repair a one metre square at a 20mm thickness. Our kit provides the instructions and materials for your wet pour to be fixed when and where needed.

How to Use the Wet Pour Rubber Kits:

The Wet Pour Repair Kit includes user-friendly instructions. Briefly, begin by trimming the edges of the damaged area, then mixing the PlaySmart Kit materials together and filling the area, and smoothing it with a soapy water trowel. Once completed, leave half a day for your wet pour to look brand new.

Alternatives:

With the wet pour rubber cost ranging from £55 to £95, our EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) wear pads are an alternative when installing your wet pour. Wear pads are designed for longevity, recommended in impact zones such as landing and take-off points. EPDM is in hard-wearing and resistant to breaking under pressure, with a less likely need for repair.
