It was the start of the busy summer holiday period in 2017. Worchester City Council contacted PlaySmart for help after a severe leak from a water main damaged their play surface.

Within a couple of days we were able to assess and repair the damage. Our team came back to them with suggestions for inventive ways to disguise the repairs. Knowing the urgency of the situation, a team was able to work over a weekend. This approach limited the amount of time the play area was out of use.

We pride ourselves in providing the best customer service. We always work with clients’ schedules, needs, and budgets to get the site back up and running again as soon as possible, with minimal disruption.
