Developers
Design, Install, and Maintain Landscapes with PlaySmart. We Enhance Outdoor Spaces to Create Inviting Environments for Living and Leisure.
What We Do
We offer turnkey landscape services for Developers offering the Design, Install, and Maintenance of residential landscaping. We regularly work with National Housing Developers on their bespoke sales area gardens, show areas, and entrance ways. Our team creates designs with the target demographic in mind and introduces our sustainable surfacing options where possible. We then maintain these areas with our bespoke maintenance proposition ensuring the Sales Centre always looks at its best and drives kerb appeal.
Landscape Design
Working alongside independent landscape architects, we design stunning outdoor spaces which act as a shop window for Developers. We know the importance of a first impression and Landscaping is the first thing a prospective buyer will see. Therefore, it is our goal to always ensure that our Garden Flooring and Landscaping draw viewers to the homes and helps Developers entice more customers.
Case Study

Eaves Green
The Developer Taylor Wimpey wanted to show how sustainable features could be utilised in their gardens. We used recycled drain pipes to create wall planters, recycled building materials for gabion seats, and much more.
We now maintain the area to ensure it always looks pristine for Taylor Wimpey and their prospective clients.
Landscape Installation
Our in-house, skilled team are led by SSSTS Contract Managers and Supervisors who ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and with minimal fuss. There are no hidden costs in what we do. Our team is dedicated to completing projects within our client’s time frames and we go the extra mile to ensure this happens. We follow our in-house guidance methods for the best horticultural practice. This effort allows the garden to develop as the design intended.
Landscape Maintenance
Following successful installation, it is critical to maintain areas to the highest possible standard for the greatest return on investment. PlaySmart’s dedicated maintenance teams focus solely on the maintenance of your bespoke residential landscapes and have a passion for landscaping and keen eye for detail. We design our maintenance package around the landscaping and with your budget in mind.
